JOB DETAIL


The client is embarking on cross-functional initiatives led by SCM, AP, or both, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Source to Pay end to end process, leading to improved consistency of on-time payments and stakeholder satisfaction. This role will perform meaningful and transformative changes in people, process, technology, and data at enterprise scale based on business cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with AP Team to understand needs and desired outcomes of the project
  • Gathering critical details needed to understand Enbridge processes for successful project design
  • Providing insights and recommendations from experience with similar AP/P2P projects
  • Serving as primary project manager responsible for ensuring timely design and execution of project
  • Making recommendations on pros and cons of project options, detecting issues and recommending ways to resolve them
  • Attending and facilitating meetings for the project, presenting information and keeping AP and key stakeholders up to date on progress
  • Implementing and executing on agreed upon solutions related to the project
  • Developing new procedural documents and training to support the project implemented

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience in Accounts Payable and/or Procure to Pay; experience with Oracle Cloud is preferred
  • Proven track record of results in strategic initiative execution and implementation of process changes at local and enterprise scale
  • Ability to use industry and functional knowledge, and research skills, to consult on potential solutions, removal of roadblocks and next steps
  • Management experience in projects, operations, and/or change; demonstrated ability to work with and manage using Agile methodology
  • Superior critical thinking skills with an emphasis on data driven decisions
  • Ability to create and measure KPIs relevant to initiatives being lead given data and background provided (value and valuable; quantity and quality)
  • Strong facilitation skills to elicit feedback from key stakeholders then summarize and action next steps, and to prepare and perform engaging presentations
  • Deep commitment to the value and need for communication and speaking up early and often
