Facilitate daily standups and supporting the team in following the Scrum delivery process..

Handle traditional project management duties including: scope definition, staffing, communication of status to clients and partners, and risk/issue management.

Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.

Author user stories, acceptance criteria and execute a portion of the testing on projects.

Serve the team and product owner in turning requirements into the working software.

Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team. Collaborate with the team in scheduling work, including defect remediation and refactoring, guarding against the accumulation of technical debt.

Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements.

Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software.

Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

Knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.

 

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field or equivalent work experience required . MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.

ScrumMaster Certification Preferred but not required

3 to 6 years’ experience required.

 

Role and the key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing daily:

Should define guidelines of the scrum ceremonies (not just the standard ones) in much simpler level to enable faster adaptation by any crew member (new and existing ones)

Escalate at the right time to delivery manager / lead and safeguard the crews to perform planned & Prioritized work for the sprint

Quickly Organize the unplanned work sets and drive to get the right priority constantly

Observe and adapt based on the experience gained in the sprints to increase the team velocity and also the get into a cadence of organizing the total workset

Be the champion on moving the work timely between development and testing teams and track the progress

Plan and organize the changes for the User Acceptance testing and the production deployment

 

Describe the required must have technical skills, tools, or experience:

Agile/Scrum

Jira and Confluence

Must have Scrum Certified

Experience in running scrum teams with diversified geo locations and multiple crews –

Demonstrated ability to organize the information by implementation repeatable process in confluence pages for reporting and tracking the progress

Awareness of basis code management process using git or bitbucket is a plus

Should have good communication skills both verbal and writing

Should be a fast learner and putt efforts to understand the application aspects quickly

Must have Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
