•Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field a plus

•Experience: 5-7 years of work-related experience.

•Preferred skills/knowledge: 

o    Experience in working with data and data structures.

oAdept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations

oProficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, to be used for data set analyzing

oExperience in designing and executing SQL queries to manage database schemas and data.

oExperience working with structured file formats such as XML and JSON.

oKnowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB, and Python will be a plus

oTechnical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, and segmentation.

oKnowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, PowerBI

oKnowledge of how to create and apply the most accurate algorithms to datasets in order to find solutions

•Applications: 

oProficiency with MS Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook)

oStrong, hands-on knowledge of SQL Server, SSIS and other ETL tools

oHands-on knowledge of Salesforce/any CRM tool and Bswift/any Ben Admin tool are good to have
