The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for researching, gathering, and documenting data, metadata, and reference data in Comerica’s Data Catalog (Collibra) for the GLBA project.

The Senior Business Analyst will partner with Data Stewards and other business and technical stakeholders to effectively document data for regulatory expectation, inclusive of data definitions, business terms, security classification.  The talent will meet with various stakeholders to gather information, facilitate meetings, conduct research, and document information.  

Responsibilities:

Research and gather information about data in collaboration with internal stakeholders Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather information, review documentation Partner with stakeholders to present recommendations for review and approval Document information about data in Collibra and spreadsheets Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

4 Year Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology or other Related Field 2 years Business process development or management 2 years Working with application teams 2 years Implementing or developing business processes 2 years Analyzing or researching business or technical issues or data 2 years Writing requirements intended for implementation 1 years Working within an Agile framework – use of JIRA 1 years Presenting to internal managers and executives
