*       Design and develop test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
*       Execute tests on source code.
*       Analyze test results and report to the development team.
*       Log the issues and bugs in the TFS tracking system.
*       Perform regression testing before any major release to the system
*       Evaluate system performance and establish baseline by conducting the load and performance testing
*       Coordinate with the Business Analyst to document the release matrix
*       Work with the development team to correct bugs and errors.
