•                     Lead Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Feature/Story Grooming, Sprint Demos and Sprint Retrospectives

•                     Lead Scrum of Scrums across multiple delivery teams including Big Data, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence resource and projects and its ecosystem.

•                     Partner with and assist Product Owners and Development Team in definition of Epics, Features and Stories as needed

•                     Provide recommendations to the product owner and management team in the definition and prioritization of outcomes. Identify trade-offs between short and long term benefits to drive shared vision between the product team and stakeholders

•                     Partner with Product Owners, our Product Manager, Engineers and other Senior Leaders as needed to remove team impediments to enable continual flow of work and optimize team capacity

•                     Coordination of activities to enable completion of deliverables needed to demonstrate adherence to Computer System Validation (CSV) process like GxP, GDPR

•                     Track and report team progress through use of Agile-centric reporting

•                     Actively manage team backlog and capacity to contribute to sustainability of a high-performing team

•                     Provide consistent and transparent reporting to senior leadership on status of team's work.

•                     Provide coaching to teams on Scrum and Agile practices and enable successful and sustained adoption of Agile mindset

•                     Coordinate defect resolution process as needed to ensure that stories are accepted, and software is deployed successfully to production.

•                     End-to-end management of technology projects including cross-service provider coordination of SDLC activities ensuring successful deployment of new technology enhancements.

•                     Provide status updates and reporting to multiple levels of leadership on overall project health.

Required Skills:

•                     Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certified

•                     12+ years of experience managing multiple Scrum teams

•                     1+ years of experience working with machine learning, Artificial intelligence, NLP and Big Data projects

•                     Strong written and oral communication skills

•                     Strong demonstrated problem-solving skills

•                     Strong planning and organizational skills

•                     Undergraduate degree in related field or equivalent in training and experience

Preferred skills:

•                     Jira experience or significant exposure

•                     Recent Healthcare experience

•                     Full product life cycle through launch

•                     Being comfortable in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, and constantly changing environment.
