- Experience in Cobol upgrade assessment and strategy
- Strong development experience as Architect cum technical lead in Mainframe
- Support customer in defining Cobol upgrade environment, compiler options, etc.
- Mandatory Tech Skills – Cobol, DB2, JCL, VSAM, CICS, REXX
- Cobol upgrade experience from any lower version to V5/V6
- Decommission planning and execution experience
- Interaction with customer SMEs regularly or on a need basis
- Ability to provide technical guidance to team members
