JOB DETAIL

  • The consultant will identify, and document as-is and to-be IES system requirements and design using the IES
  • prescribed business analysis methodology processes, toolkit and tools including but not limited to context diagrams, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability, user interface specifications and mockups

 

 

  • They will meet with relevant stakeholders, including agency and local district subject matter experts, users, and executive teams to elicit requirements

 

  • Produce work products that reflect and ensure system planning, design, and delivery are in line with business needs

 

  • Conduct work product peer reviews and assist in internal review process

 

  • Understand and adhere to project timelines and priorities

 

  • Work with blended teams of State and vendor resources

 

 

  • Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Business Analyst
  • More than seven (7) years and two (2) of those years as a Lead BA in state government working on client focused business analysis in a mainframe modernization project including: Conducting and leading requirements, gathering sessions, analyzing requirements, gathered Identifying, documenting, and validating system requirements for continuous integration and deployment, preparing proposals for best fit technology based on requirements elicited
  • More than seven (7) years and two (2) of those years as a Lead BA with experience identifying, documenting and validating system requirements across multiple agencies, with a focus on the Human Service domain including eligibility, enrollment, and case management

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • More than seven (7) years of experience and two (2) or more of those years as a Lead BA identifying, documenting and validating system requirements in the Human Service domain within a State-supervised, locally administered environment across multiple agencies.
  • More than seven (7) years of experience and two (2) or more of those years as a Lead BA identifying, documenting, and leveraging business requirements across multiple business and technical stakeholder areas
  • More than seven (7) years of experience and two (2) or more of those years as a Lead BA identifying, documenting and validating complex functional system requirements using a requirements management tool, similar to Blueprint
  • More than seven (7) years of experience and two (2) or more of those years as a Lead BA project analyzing, transforming, documenting, and reviewing legacy systems’ mainframe functionality, system logic, and business rules within use cases
  • More than seven (7) years’ experience and two (2) or more of those years as a Lead BA creating requirements documentation using an agile methodology that adhere to program and industry standards such as: User stories, screen prototypes, specifications, and process flows
  • More than seven (7) years of experience two (2) or more of those years as a Lead BA working with correspondence solutions, which adhere to state and local standards, and promote business efficiency with a positive impact to recipients
