- Lead engagements as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on ServiceNow modules
- Experience with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, Angular JS, Java, Python, HTML, XML, Jelly
- Experience of working on multiple integrations/eBonding with other ITSM/Non ITSM tools using different solutions
