- Development of on-platform solutions and integrations to external systems
- Develop and deploy business logic and user interfaces on the Lightning platform
- Translating requirements into technical solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform
- Estimating the level of effort needed to implement solutions
- Supporting the delivery of Salesforce implementations
- Documenting and sharing best practices
- Peer code review to ensure design standards are followed
- Creating and extending objects to support business capabilities and integrations
- Work with application architects to define standards and design solutions
- Work with embedded testers to build and execute automated testing processes

- Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements
- Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
- Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick
response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
Must Have:
- 6+ years of Salesforce development and/or administration experience
- Web service development and integration experience
- Foundational experience with multiple Salesforce cloud solutions primarily focused on Sales and Service Cloud
- Professional development experience with Lightning web components
- Active Salesforce certifications (PDI/PDII)
- Experience with SalesforceDX and automated deployment processes
- Salesforce App Builder or Platform Developer I certification
- Experienced in Salesforce coding tools: SOQL, APEX, Flows, Process Builder, Visualforce
- Understanding of universal coding tools: SQL, Javascript, JSON, HTML, API integrations
- Strong understanding of object oriented databases.
- Strong understanding of data cleansing, and data integrity processes.
- Able to work and effectively communicate with business owners from various business units and levels.
- Experienced in performing bulk data updates/inserts into salesforce.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
