1.           MUST HAVE is Tyler Technologies Socrata experience.

2.           Experience with developing and deploying open data platforms, understanding of common pitfalls and challenges with successful implementation and deployment.

3.           Skills needed to create automated ETL processes including enforcement of suppression rules to protect anonymity within data

4.           Socrata implementation; Create data marts or materialized views in Snowflake for needed data tables, in collaboration with staff from EOE IT.

5.           Develop data pipelines (ETL processes) to automate creation of needed data files.

6.           Develop protocols and training materials (job aides) for putting new datasets and reports into Socrata, including building in suppression rules and processes for checking the datasets prior to publishing.
