SRE Lead with the ability to find quick errors and issues based on the errors and warnings reported by Splunk. Lead should be able look into the code based on the Splunk logs and find out the possible cause of error. Interface with customer as single point of contact at onsite
- Participate in triage meeting with development teams for any issues reported by the SRE monitoring team
- Diagnosing and understanding the root cause for app issues
- Perform incident management and triaging
- Understand the implementation of new features and can correlate any issues which may arise with the introduction of these new features
- Willing and able to take part in an on-call rotation to keep our pl artform running 24 7.
- Collaborate with customer Product Managers, Technical Manager, and other Development teams in triaging
- Identify ways our software products may be failing to meet the needs of our enterprise scale business s.
- Ability to interact with customer point of contacts independently and drive
- Collaborate with the dev team for releases
Minimum Qualifications
- BE MCA degree
- 5 year of experience writing software.
- Log analysis using Splunk and Working experience in JAVA, API Development are PRIMARY SKILLS
- Working experience with AWS
- Working knowledge of Splunk DB connect, AWS, SOAP, REST APIs and ITSI
- Familiarity on Java, NodeJS is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- A strong desire to solve problems and learn new technologies.
- Experience in Splunk architecture and design data retention policies,
- Experience in Splunk DB connect, ITSI and HEC.
- Microservices architecture understanding
