• Review, diagnose, and resolve incoming store and ecommerce support tickets for payments-related incidents • Communicate with third party payment vendors for incident reporting and resolution • Perform appropriate research to resolve incidents, using logs and payment vendor portals • Recognize and escalate critical or high-priority incidents to management • Learn the company’s payment architecture for stores and ecommerce • Develop knowledge of store POS and Verifone Payment Device technology and architecture • Provide support for resolution of project defects assigned to the Payments team • Analyze POS and eComm/Splunk logs for payment related problem identification
Job Requirements:
• 4-5 years of experience, preferably in a retail environment • Ability to work with others in a team environment or as an individual contributor • Have sound judgement and discretion regarding confidential information • Possess strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style • Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail • Demonstrates solid relationship management skills with internal and external customers (e.g. management, peers, colleagues, customers, etc.) • Drives tasks to completion
Technical Requirements:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) • Experience with SQL and Java required • Experience with POS software desired • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud desired • Experience with credit card/payments processing required • Experience with Wallet payments desired • Experience with ecommerce fraud solutions required
