Business Analyst

* Prior experience as a Business Analyst

* Understanding of Agile (SCRUM) practices

* Story writing in Agile formats

* Previously run or contributed to discovery interviews

* Previous work on FISERV products, specifically DNA, Enterprise Payment Platform (EPP), Fiserv Architect, Deposit Solutions, and/or Payroll Manager

Key Skill(s):

* Good communicator, both written and verbal

* Well organized

* Attention to detail

* Visionary – One that can piece the big picture together given the defined purpose of the work at hand

Key Technology /Certification(s):

* None Required

* CSPO a plus

* SAFe certified a plus

* ADO experience a plus

Key Responsibilities:

· Actively manage product backlog

· Research and capture requirements for User Stories

· Produce meeting notes from discovery interviews

· Write acceptance criteria

· Facilitate story discussions in internal team meetings as needed

· Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standup, demos, etc.)

· Sit as a proxy for the Product Owner when needed

· Pull analytical data as needed in support of feature development

· QA test, as needed, in preparation of moving the feature to UAT
