Gather intelligence on existing clinical or operational processes and expert input from relevant clinical stakeholders to elicit requirements to accomplish team goals
Industry knowledge in healthcare marketing; access workflows related to scheduling, registration/check-in, or referrals; or billing prioritized. Epic workflow background for relevant operational areas is preferred.
Define, implement, and track performance metrics
Strong SQL and PowerBI skills required. Snowflake or Cloud Data Platform experience preferred.
Working closely with the Product Owner and other stakeholders, use market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Prepare and support the team on demos
Collaborate with a Product Owner to shape use case strategy and determine business value
Support the Product Owner in collaborating with other teams and leadership to manage backlog refinement, plan sprints, and ensure team strategy aligns with overall journey / consumer analytics vision
Intellectual curiosity, along with excellent problem-solving and quantitative skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions
Proven problem-solving skills with ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply
Strong people skills, team-orientation, and a professional attitude
