Ideal candidate is a Full stack developer with a strong security background.Preference for candidates with experience developing on security projects.  

The project work will focus on security enhancements and other featuredevelopment for IRSS. Security enhancements will include integrating newidentity access management solutions, enhancing encryption of data at rest andin transit, and ensure compliance with Federal Regulation regarding auditlogging.  This project is in the early discovery phase and the contractorwill assist in development, along with  requirements refinement. Thisproject will require updating web applications, SQL databases, web forms, andother applications as needed. 

TEAM SIZE: IVRS IRSS development team consists of four developers,a project manager, and three analysts that represent different parts of thebusiness. The contractor will augment the team as they complete businessoperations for federal compliance.

•    Experience in integrating event logging and auditing forapplications
•    Experience in protecting data in the database and in transit 
•    Database programming; developing business applicationprocesses; writing complex T-SQL queries against SQL Server database
•    Ability to translate business requirements into technicalspecifications
•    T-SQL development including the views, stored procedures,functions and indexing techniques
•    Dynamic SQL stored procedure coding and troubleshooting
•    Designing and developing ETL routines using T-SQL & SQLServer Integration Services (SSIS);
•    Proven analytical problem solving and debugging skills
•    Developing data visualizations (Reporting Services (SSRS);SQL Profiler, Database Engine Tuning Advisor, Execution Plans; Team foundationServer (TFS), SDLC, Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS), VisualStudio
•    Experience creating test data and thoroughly testing T-SQLCode
