?At least3-5 years of project management experience, as well as strong fundamentals inadvanced analytics, data integration, and visualization leading agile projectsas a Scrum Master/Product Owner or Product Manager.

?Experiencewith ADO.

?PMP, CSM and/orPMI-ACP, SAFe Certification

?Proficientin software development and system administration

?At least 3years of experience in leading, guiding and coaching professional staff

?Significantexperience leading agile development teams and facilitating team meetings in anAgile environment

?Advancedknowledge of development or operations framework methodologies, including Agileprinciples

?Advanceddatabase and presentation software skills

?Advancedresearch, analytical, and problem-solving skills

?Effective skill in building strategic and execution–focused plans andalliances with partner leadership

Desired Qualifications and EducationRequirements:

?Advanced degree in Information Systems,Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is desired.

?Experience working with teamsleveraging   SAFe, LeSS and Nexusframeworks is desired

?In-depth knowledge and experience inBanking/Finance/Investments, familiar with terminology, concepts and businessprocesses and systems is strongly desired
