The client is a huge Enterprise (not healthcare of Government.). The candidates submitted have been rejected mostly for that reason. ****The client will also consider an Office 365 implementation or Integration engineer with great communication skills. Onsite day one Hybrid. No relocation.

The manager told us they want a Digital Transformation Business Analyst or Project manager with Office 365 and Power BI/SharePoint experience are a plus. It is not a traditional Business analyst position. It is more support and education related to digital transformation, change and technology utilization. Qualifications This position will require flexibility and rapid learning to become an expert in multiple functional areas. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated an ability to perform operational and technology-focused business analysis and support. Successful collaboration with peer groups in Technology and external vendors will be crucial. Knowledge of alternative investment asset classes is preferred. Given the broad nature of projects in our queue, knowledge of the Microsoft end-user computing platform and enterprise-wide change management will allow the candidate to make an immediate impact. Education An undergraduate degree is strongly preferred. Undergraduate study in finance, accounting, operations research, computer science, information science, or engineering is desirable.

Experience Required
• Dependable, great attitude, highly motivated and a team player
• Experience developing technology adoption programs, knowledge of change management principles and project management methodologies
• Able to see the broader picture of the whole firm and process life cycles but can also dive into the details, as necessary
• An analytical mind and a passion/interest in solving end-user problems and increasing their day-to-day efficiency
• A track record of hands-on implementing or improving systems and process efficiencies
• Direct experience driving the adoption of Microsoft O365, especially Teams, Sharepoint, Box or similar enterprise platforms in any industry vertical
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate
• Good judgment in terms of escalating issues vs. solving problems independently
• Ability to draft deliverables, including: • training materials
• process checklists and diagrams
• business requirements
• status updates
• 3-5 years in Investment Management or Financial Services industries
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint expertise
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Analytical mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and self-motivated working attitude
