-  Leading TPM Core team meetings for all TPM related development activities and open issues

-  Close coordination with Security core team and architects on HP TPM Strategy

-  Close coordination with ODM and TPM vendors for resolution of open OBS issues

-  Conducting weekly meetings with each TPM vendor to track all development opens and issues, including but not limited to

•  IFX

•   Nuvoton

•   STMicro

-  Management and coordination for all new TPM related features by working with all the relevant stakeholders and reviewing HP’s Proof of concept funnel process. This includes but not limited to

•  Establish requirements of the new feature

•   Investigation and feasibility analysis of features along with TPM core team and engineering team

•   Resource allocation/management by coordinating with development teams

•   Working with test lead to identify and build validation test plan and test cases

•   Planning and documentation of results/outcomes in PowerPoint for each phase exit and present to all stakeholders
