• Must hold an active Business Analysis Certification and be in good standing in at least one of the following certifications:

- International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) Certification

- Project Management Institute (PMI) Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA®) Certification Copies of certifications must be provided.

• A minimum of five (5) years of analysis and lead experience organizing, facilitating, and working with clients configuring solutions to support and manage functional requirements and business rules.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience working on Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
