- Good understanding and detailed experience with Salesforce.com applications, modules, primarily PRM
- 4-6+ Yeas of experience in writing requirements in Salesforce Application
- Experience and deep familiarity with various objects of Salesforce PRM
- Should have experience of writing requirements in migration projects and should have led or handled exercise of target and source data mapping
- Excellence in verbal and written communication and articulation
- Proficient with Flow diagrams, charts and documentation
- Experience with Integration and business migration projects
- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical team
- Should exhibit strong skills in requirement gathering in difficult environments and should be able to deal with ambiguity

- Configurations in Salesforce PRM
- Discuss requirements with business users
- Attend and drive meetings with stakeholders
- Write requirements in IT tool(e.g. epics, stories etc), get approvals as per project plan
- Help and drive QA activities with team member
- Contribute to all stages of software development lifecycle
