Duties & Responsibilities:

Workday Adaptive Planning: Client has customized their Workday Environment and wants a Sr. Workday consultant who has worked on at least 2 Workday Implementations or support engagements and has worked in heavily customized environment.

Leverage expert knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning and other Workday modules to configuration and deployment of new features or functionality.

Partner with cross functional teams to understand existing models and translate them to efficiently be built in the Adaptive Planning platform.

Create “as is” and “to be” models of system functionality and processes. Perform gap analysis and create a plan to get from current state to future state.

Execute day-to-day activities to maintain and administer the Workday Adaptive Planning System that supports the forecast / budget process.

Assist in the development, implementation, standardization and maintenance of tools and templates used in the forecast / budget process.

Participate in Adaptive Planning projects involving strategy, implementation, and support, related to optimization of business processes, security, and data integrity for the Adaptive Planning System.

Supporting the implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning System features like office connect, dashboards and Balance Sheet Management.

Support and promote the education around the forecast and budget process, including training for all new and existing users on the Workday Adaptive Planning System.
