Mandatory Required Skills

Accomplished business-systems analyst with extensive hands on experience in the credit cards platform (origination & servicing) with 6-8 years of experience

Strong hands on experience with credit card industry platforms and associated sub-systems in the credit card issuer/bank landscape covering origination, card embossing, servicing, rewards & loyalty as well as transaction processing
Participate in meetings to understand solution design, system requirements & evolve as the knowledge champion to help train/elaborate requirements and functional scope to the QA team
Help prioritize & drive testing work in line with Business needs & function as the primary Business/IT stakeholder interface for the QA team
Develop & review requirements traceability, testing scope, test plans, test cases, test results & defects
Create & maintain JIRA work items, reference requirements documents/ folders
Ensure that missed requirements/gaps arising from testing are funneled to the appropriate Business stakeholders
Consolidate & prepare reports – status reports, functional gap reports etc.

Vendor interface skills
Downstream system integration experience
Data mapping skills

Act as a liaison between business lines & technical teams
Function as the in house SME on the credit cards platform – capabilities, data, parameters & integration
Dissect high level business requirements to application and communicate with respective team members (Onsite, offshore & Nearshore)
Understand system, application, batch, real time & data dependencies
Support teams in detailed data & requirements specifications, use cases, data mapping documentation
Drive research & resolution of credit cards platform systems & process gaps, defects, new requirements and enhancements
Collaborate with Bank acceptance team and stake holders to review test plans, test cases and also support validation of test execution
Support critical production releases as required
