Must possess minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Delivery Leadership roles for Infrastructure area, specialization in End User Computing
Must have good knowledge of the technology & processes (EUC) and ITIL Processes
Well versed with managing EUC environment, day to day issues, resolutions and automation solutions
Experience of managing team size 250+ team members
Excellent in Customer connect, Communication
Excellent in stakeholder management
Should have proven delivery leadership for a multi-customer Infrastructure portfolio with 24x7 operations, including large fixed cost programs and large transitions
Collaborative mindset : should be able to collaborate for cross-selling other vendors & customer
People Management & Leadership Development : Proven leadership towards building and groom next 2 levels of delivery leaders
Operational Efficiency : Track & control operational parameters with attention to details
Should carry financial knowledge on Revenue, Gross margin and Invoicing
Prepare and review all Service Level and Operation Metrics and KPI scorecards for service delivery.
Conduct internal & customer meetings and reporting
