Roles & Responsibilities

• Minimum 7+ years of design and development experience in Informatica MDM/C360
• Provide Consultation on MDM Data Model and C360 Implementation to customer's Business and other IT partners on the team
• Guide customer on their MDM journey as they complete migration from Legacy to MDM
• Troubleshoot Critical MDM Data/Database issues for Daily Workflow and real time API Adds/Updates
• Guide the team to resolve critical batch data load errors due to data related or other system issues
• Provide design to add/modify ETL codes for changes in MDM/ IDQ load process
• Modify C360 UI and backend mapping based on user requirements
• Perform Database update/migration/patches/refresh
• Coordinate with Informatica Product Support for critical issues and regular maintenance patches
