 The Lead Software Engineer will collaborate with the business and technical staff to deliver solutions and improve functionality to facilitate current and future business opportunities using Python and Django framework along with AGILE development methodology.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Apply software engineering skills to code and configure applications to support business objectives

Collaborate with Management team to develop, implement and manage software solutions

Integrate purchased applications and maintain/improve existing software

Mentor team members by sharing technical knowledge, best practices and standard procedures

Utilize independent problem-solving skills to develop solutions

Participate in activities related to agile software development methodologies.

Advanced understanding of Windows-based operating systems.
