1. SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) experience and certification (preferable) or combo of PMP and Scrum Master

certification, specifically looking for experience leading multi team release planning (Pl Planning), execution, and

reporting

2. Typical background will require 10+ years of overall experience to progress from technical individual contributor

role (3-5 years) to scrum master/project manager role at lower team level (3-5 years) to program/project manager

or RTE at higher team level (3-5 years) in agile software development environment working with onshore team of

developers and QA coding in native language (not off the shelf implementation such as ServiceNow or Salesfroce)

3. Experience in large enterprise in Canada preferable such as telco, banking, or consulting (companies to target

include Telus, Rogers, Shaw, Bell, CIBC, RBC, Scotia Bank, Deloitte, Accenture, Enbridge, Suncor, ATB)

4. Local to Calgary / Local to USA or TN Visa holders
