Work with the Director of Application Development to design enterprise data strategy

Integrate data from diverse sources into a Data Lake/Warehouse that could be used for business intelligence

Work with the Director of Application Development to develop a roadmap

Design, develop and modify relational and multidimensional database structures, relationships, data flows and data interfaces within the data warehouse as needed.

Mentor other team members

Design and develop dashboards

Understand thoroughly the architecture, data structures, and fundamental design principles of the data warehouse

Modify the data load ETL processes as needed to extract, transform, and load data from various data sources into the data warehouse. 

Analyze, define, and document system requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, interfaces with other systems, auditing, reporting requirements, and production configuration

Enforces uniform adherence to established standards and procedures for the department.  Reviews documentation submitted by programmers to ensure conformity to standards.

Conduct design, documentation, and code review

Qualifications - Requisites

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience plus Microsoft Data related certifications

Enterprise Data Warehouse Development, Integrations, Dashboard, Reporting, Analytics using Microsoft technologies – 5 + years

SQL development in SQL Server 2014 and above

SSRS reports in SQL Server 2014 and above

SSIS development in SQL Server 2014 and above

Data integration and ETL solutions 

PowerBI

Some idea (even theoretical) with prediction modeling using Microsoft Data Science tools

Design and Implementation of data strategy – 3+ years

APIs and Web services – 1+ year

Some application development experience using C# & .NET
