Our client is carving out their Ultrasound group into its own company and implementing various systems, including SAP and SalesForce. This resource does not need to have these technical skills, they will be supported by Coordinators from each workstream.

Requirements:

10-15 years of large-scale IT Project Management, including global system carve-out projects.

Experience in managing multiple projects and streams to support system carve-out

Senior Project Manager should have the following demonstrable capabilities:

Implementing strategies and concepts which dove tail business, IT & partner requirements against project objective & timeline

Coordinating strategies with dependent workstreams to ensure cohesion i.e. Business User Engagement & Training

Applying strategies and concepts to an executable and practical level to ensure implementation to target objective

Coordinating multiple workstreams or sub-project coordinators to work in alignment

Provisioning of full transparency in progress for the duration of the project

Managing alignments & coordination with all sub-project: Test, P/CUT, Hypercare coordinators

Managing ‘engine room resources’ to facilitate workings on the ground
