TheSr. Business Analyst will be a liaison between technology, operations, andvarious business units to lead and facilitate the creation and specification ofbusiness requirements regarding banking business solutions and/or enhancementsto existing business processes and solutions. Need to be an end to end BA,starting with requirements through testing. High level of experience with UAT.

Thisposition works closely with end-users and identifies and specifies businessprocesses, analyzes requirements, extracts business rules, resolvesorganizational information problems and recommends system controls andprotocols, in conjunction with testing, documenting, implementing andsupporting new product implementation and releases.

Qualifications:

10 years - Senior Business Analyst Experience

Workwith our Client business users / analysts to produce business and functionalrequirements that will be implemented internally or offshore

Assistproject manager and team lead in explaining to the client why some task isrequired to be done and why it takes estimated time

Communicateand translate required business process capabilities and outcomes effectivelybetween business process areas and supporting departments

Workingwith functional leads to create Business requirements and develop requirementsand specifications

Excellentcommunication/ interpersonal skills and customer service orientation combinedwith ability to communicate effectively across business lines at all levels.

*Strong research, time management, and organizational skills to manage multipleprojects and meet concurrent deadlines.

*Strong problem-solving, and analytical reasoning skills to understand enduser's requirements and transform into operational application and technicalalternatives.

*Extensive experience developing and implementing cross-organizational businessprocess flows, creating test plans and scripts to document complex businessprocesses.
