8              Required             Skilled in managing projects withimplementations across large organizations. Experience should includedeveloping and managing project plans; documenting risks, issues, and contingencyplans; ensuring resolution of issues and removal of project barriers

8              Required             Ability to research, gather,assemble, correlate and analyze facts; to devise solutions to problems; and toprepare concise reports and/or to analyze and solve complex and difficultproblems and prioritize information and issues.

8              Required             Skilled in effectively mappingbusiness processes and identifying process improvements and skilled in planningand facilitating meetings and group problem solving

8              Required             Experience overseeing thedevelopment of SDLC artifacts, ensure business requirements get translated intotechnical specifications, guide, and facilitate the SDLC process

8              Required             Experience developing andmaintaining strong relationships with multiple project sponsors andstakeholders. Must possess strong communication and presentation skills andstrong teamwork skills.

5              Required             Ability to appropriately summarizeand escalate issues and develop and present weekly status updates (written andverbal) and conduct regular project team status meetings.
