MANDATORYSKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

?        5 Years hands-onexperience with coding in ASP.NET and JavaScript.

?        Must understand and be proficient in web design using HTML5 and CSS3.

?        Highly worked  with systems development in a Windows or Linuxservere nvironment.

?        Experience with full stackapplication development, in these key areas: developing server-side application withPython, Rails, PHP, Java, or NodeJS; developingmobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms;developing front-end web applications with Java/JSPa plus.

?        Knowledge of mobile development frameworks - Flutter,Xamarin,React Native, Swift, Java, Kotlin, or similar mobile framework a plus.

?        Experience with webservices technologies; including REST, AJAX, JSON, XML, and jQuery.

?        Experience working with and writing SQL using Oraclerelational database systems.

?        Minimum 5years’experience building application and API services, web applications and backendserver processes.

?        Excellent analytical, communication, writing, andpresentation skills, including the ability to translate complex technical issuesinto understandable reports, updates, and proposals for solutions.

?        Understanding of software development life cycle, likeAgile.

?        Minimum 5 years Java development experience required.

?        Minimum 5 years MS Platform experience required including 5yearsof Outlook, Teams, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, andTumbleweed.

?        Minimum 5 years of Data Center on VMs and OracleRAC experience required.

?        Good judgment, logical thinker, and detail oriented.

?        Strong verbal and written communication skills.

SCOPEOF SERVICES:

?        Act as the Senior MS .NET Developer for the PeopleSoftERP Enrollment Projects.

?        Be an active participant in analysis, planning,architecture design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterpriseapplicationsthat support university wide offices and functions.

?        Build application and API services, web applications andbackend server processes.

?        Participate in design and code reviews, testing, anddeploymentactivities.

?        Perform application maintenance and troubleshooting, aidinresolving system outages and addressing client issues.

?        Stay current with best practices in software developmentand applynew technology where appropriate.

?        Provide coding in ASP.NET and JavaScript.

?        Demonstrate understanding of software development lifecycle, likeAgile.

?        Serve as a high-level technical resource to all systemsandapplication implementation teams by consulting, reviewing, andprovidingrecommendations regarding proposed system architectures to ensuresuccessfulenterprise deployments.
