- Support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office (EHRM-IO) as a Project Manager. Serve as data and quality assurance manager for all OEHRM interfaces.
- Responsible for entering and managing technical interfaces data and schedule within SharePoint. In addition, developing status reports, dashboards, and metrics for interface deployment at each site. Conducts multiple qualitative and quantitative data analyses and effectively communicates findings and results.
- For technical interfaces data, work with client stakeholders to coordinate and capture interface status, risks, and issues.
- Conduct QA on reported data posted to SharePoint.
- For Interface schedules, work with client stakeholders and system integrator to ensure implementation of the interfaces schedule template for each interface. Work with interface leadership to monitor schedule, schedule risk, and performance of multiple interface projects using tools like Microsoft Project and have daily interactions with multiple client stakeholders and the system integrator.
- Create the tools and/or work products necessary to inform the client and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional work experience
- Experience with building, managing, and maintaining program master schedules using scheduling software, including Microsoft Project
- Experience with developing dashboards using Power BI
- Experience with using SharePoint functionality to include workflows and document versioning
- Experience in data analytics, including data extraction and transformation using excel and other tools
- Experience managing Information Technology related projects
- Well-versed in life cycle and project management methodologies
- Experience in tracking costs, schedule, and performance progress
- Able to identify and mitigate risks
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific/technical discipline, or an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the VA
- Experience implementing Electronic Health Records
