JOB DETAIL

 

?        Participate in business analysis activities togather required reporting and dashboard requirements

 

?        Translatebusiness requirements into specifications that will be used to implement therequired reports and dashboards, from multiple data sources

 

?        Provide supportas required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports anddashboards

 

?        Ensure properconfiguration management and change controls are followed

 

?        Provide technicalassistance and cross training to other team members

 

?        Design andimplement technology best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes

 

?        Must be able toperform duties with moderate to low supervision

 

 Required Qualifications:

 

?        3 years experience developing and implementingenterprise-scale reports and dashboards, including:

 

?        Working withusers in a requirements analysis role

 

o  Extensiveexperience with data warehouse implementations

 

o  Knowledge oflogical and physical data modeling concepts (relational and dimensional)

 

o  Knowledge of ETL(Extract, Transformation and Load) processing

 

?        Proficiency withPower BI, Tableau, and other modern reporting tools

 

?        Performancetuning experience related to reporting queries required

 

?        Understanding ofdata integration issues (validation and cleaning), familiarity with complexdata and structures

 

?        Excellentinterpersonal communication skills are required to support working in projectenvironments that includes multiple teams

 

?        Requires stronganalytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities

 

?        Ability to managemultiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities

 

?        Requiresleadership qualities to mentor junior members of the team
