• 9 years’ experience in varied digital commerce engagements like consulting/implementations/operations etc. with part of at least 2-3 sizeable engagements
• Expertise in content and commerce space – with functional knowledge of leading CMS/Ecommerce product suites e.g WebSphere commerce/ Hybris/ Magento
• Good understanding on business user tools to manage the content site and ecommerce online application
• Understanding of catalog, products, pricing & promotions, Search, Order Management, Inventory Management, Payment Gateway , Personalization etc..
• Awareness of SEO
• Understanding of Global and Local sites
• Understanding of components, workflows and RWD based site design
• Evaluation & - selection of E -Commerce platform that meets clients’ needs
• Experience in interacting with creative agencies and business users to discuss the requirements
• Handle Solution definition / fitment
• Experience with agile tools like JIRA for requirements management
• Experience of close working with customer product owners for requirements elicitation and documentation
• Ability to create use cases / functional specification documents
• Ability to review the test cases
• Ability to deliver business user trainings
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Support Team building and drive organization’s digital initiatives
