 • The Sr. Staff Java Engineer willbe a hands-on lead developer that excels in a dynamic, fast-moving, and Agileenvironment and is passionate about developing high-quality, high-performance,and scalable software.

• You will be part of the Online Security Technologies teamthat designs, develops, and supports mission-critical Authentication platforms.

 • This role is split50% design & leading the team, and 50% development, and will require thesuccessful candidate to be responsible for individual coding contributions inaddition to their team leadership responsibilities.

• The candidate will work with a team of seasoned engineerswhose main objective is to maintain all aspects of the overall Agiledevelopment life-cycle and ensure the on-time, quality delivery of softwareproduct releases.

Lead team in the execution of development and delivery of theorganization’s software products to QA, and ultimately to Production

• Manage day-to-day activities and influence team members toleverage, follow and support Agile software development practices

• Interfacewith the product owner and key stakeholders in Project Management, Business,QA, and Technology Operations to ensure high-quality delivery of softwareprojects on time and within budget

•Support SSO integration efforts to connect systems from various areas internaland external to The client

 

 

MustHave:

 • Proficient in building server-sideapplications utilizing C# and .Net Technologies

 • Good understanding of the latestArchitecture and Development Standards and Guidelines

 • Experience providing guidance, and directionto the junior members of the team

 

Qualifications:

 • Provide hands-on developmentand mentoring as necessary for other members of the development team

• Create artifacts for each project such as SoftwareArchitecture documentation, Technical Use Cases, and Code Review Packages

• Hands-on experience with SAML and OAuth solutions-Optional but preferred

• Strong experience developing/managing REST and SOAP-basedWeb Service API(s) in a transaction processing environment

• Thorough understanding of Agile software developmentmethodologies, values, and procedures

 • You should possessa keen desire and passion to produce usable and scalable software usingadvanced development technologies.

• As a developer, you will be designing and deployingenterprise applications with C# and .NET in multi-threaded application softwaredevelopment.

• BS/BA/MS in Computer Science or equivalent discipline

• Minimum 8 years’ of software development experience, 5 year’s team leadership experience

• Expert in object-oriented analysis, SOA, design patterns,development, implementation, and maintenance.

• Experience with online security for user authentication, aplus

• Must be self-motivated as well as creative and efficientin proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems
