- Brief JD of the requirement is given below :
- Top priority is to correlate customer general API usage with their shipping activity across multiple sources (API, EDI, Wordship, Host / manifest etc.) or lack thereof.
- API patterns and segmentation (machine learning)
- Define API usage types
- Evaluate data for current monetization plan for several APIs
- Validate tiers being recommended
- How to systemically / easily vet which tier a customer should be assigned to
- Any additional monetization recommendations
- API flows
- Looking for Interpretive API Dashboards / Reports
- Apigee has useful reporting and dashboard views that summarize usage of the APIs. The ask here would be for summarizing any analysis performed and determine summary views of analytics details
- Define Legitimate customers versus bad actors and/or non-customers
- The majority of API data resides within Google Big Query, there is also additional data needs in our Datawarehouse / infolib platform.
