This is a Master data management (MDM) position which is atechnology-enabled discipline in which business and IT work together to theuniformity, accuracy, stewardship, semantic consistency, and accountability ofthe enterprise's official shared master data assets.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Master Data Management (IBM MDM/Reltio MDM), Oracle 11G/12C(SQL/PLSQL), Unix Shell Scripting, IBM WebSphere, Microsoft SQL Server, Core Java 8 /11, EJB, Python 3, IBM MDM experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of SOA, Data integration, Data Quality, Java coding and MDM best practices and processes
- Experience implementing MDM solutions using IBM MDM V.11 or later (Physical and/or virtual implementations)
- Data analysis and Data Modeling, with the ability to produce reporting that translates results into both Business and Technical terms.
- Design/Architecture as well as consulting with Developers to check code and train.
- Developer to manage projects that require high levels of expertise to ensure committed timelines are met.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as relationship-building that adds value for cross-functional collaboration and project impact assessments.
- Subject Matter Expert: A go-to team member who adds value daily. Someone willing to go the extra mile and if they do not have the information requested, they either know who does or they volunteer to find out.
- Translate business needs into technological systems, design specifications and solutions
- Partner with other associates to analyze, design, develop and implement MDM solutions that will optimize business outcomes.
- Design and develop necessary batch interfaces to and from MDM hub Role Essentials
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
