PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, or a related certification.
4 or more years of experience in managing agile projects (software development projects, cloud engineering projects, automation tools and observability projects).
Hands-on data analysis and projects KPIs build.
Hands-on quality control tools and techniques (6 sigma, Kaizen, or Lean).
Ability to work in teams and collaborate with others to clarify requirements, quickly identify problems, and collaboratively find creative solutions.
Ability to assist in documenting requirements and resolve conflicts or ambiguities.
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
Service Now and Service Management/Assurance knowledge would be desirable.
