JOB DETAIL

Mandatory Skills : MS teams implementation, MS surface hub implementation experience.

Primary Skills : Solution Architecture - Knowledge, Solution Evaluation - Knowledge, Audio Visual Monitoring - Knowledge

Knowledge of AV, mainly MTR rooms and Endpoint (Backend management) for using a Surface Hub as an MTR (Microsoft Teams Room). The Shared Device part also is a big part so would need experience with methods of authentication, so good knowledge of identity access management.

Background
Resume development of a collaborative enterprise solution based on Microsoft Surface Hub. This will allow effective and seamless collaboration solution according to hybrid/ future of working principles with key feature like 'coordinated join' allowing to seamlessly join Teams Room. With the pilot of Biometrics (Windows Connect) we will be able to solve the smartcard authentication issue as well.
Business Case (SNOW):
MS Surface Hub is Microsoft's key product to allow Collaborative work. MS Surface Hub and (Enhanced) Teams room offer functionalities to stimulate seamless collaborative work in Hybrid Microsoft environment.
Microsoft Surface Hub enables greater flexibility around the use of physical space and Improved collaboration, resulting in more effective, more efficient, and higher quality meetings .Take advantage of future Surface Hub capabilities as they are added. Continue to evolve the physical workspace
Following Microsoft's standard development is aligned with Architectural point C.

Deliverables:
Validate and test if Surface Hub with Windows Connect can be used in the client IT Landscape
Develop a sustainable solution (IRM approved, windows connect ) for the MS Surface Hub 2
Build and document a process to set up 'shared devices', like Surface Hub, to be used via Windows Connect
Configure and set up a Surface Hub in a test environment to allow users to login and get access to their personal data (Teams, Sharepoint, etc.)
Prepare for Enterprise Service Development

Procure MS Surface Hub for Hub locations (~6)
POC MS Surface Hub and test with Windows Connect
Process description for configure and set up
