·         Experience implementing or developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform as a technical resource

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science (CS), or related field

·         Experience with JavaScript, writing, debugging and improving existing code

·         Excellent communication & customer skills, problem solving, time management skills required

·         Ability to make decisions independently
