JOB DETAIL

Client is looking for an Engineer to join our Business Process Automation Team located Jacksonville, FL. The BPA Team is responsible for the design, development, and support of process automation solutions using technologies such as:
• Microsoft Power Platform – Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI
• RPA Systems – Automation Anywhere
• Microsoft 365 – Excel VBA, SharePoint, Teams
• Data and Reporting – Power Query, EDW, Dataverse, SAS, Tableau, Azure

This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for working with processes, data, and automation tools to solve business opportunities. The BPA Engineer will work closely with different business department partners, the Enterprise COE, ITS, and third-party service providers. The BPA Engineer is primarily responsible for the collection of requirements, design of automation, deployment, and support of these solutions in a production environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Process Engineering, or a related field, with 2-3 years of professional experience.
  • Strong technical skills with the following technologies:

Microsoft Power Platform

Power Automate, Power Query, Power BI, Power Apps

RPA Systems

Automation Anywhere

Macros

Excel VBA

Data Analysis

Power Query, SQL, and/or SAS

Reporting

SAS, Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, Dataverse, Azure, EDW

Collaboration

SharePoint, Teams

Business Process Improvement

Visio, Blueworks, Six Sigma

Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and skilled in organizing, planning, time management, scheduling, documentation, and meeting deadlines.
• This position is responsible for the Business Process Automation Environment and must apply controls such as the Solutions Inventory and Change log to ensure the quality, support, and sustainability of the environment.
• Ability to visualize, articulate, and conceptualize solutions to solve problems given the available information. This position requires an understanding of various business processes, technologies, and the data environment to help in the analysis and formulation of solutions.
• Possess good business sense and problem-solving ability to be able to assess risks and opportunities to design sound solutions.
• Ability to translate complex technical/process issues and proposed solutions into easy-to-understand diagrams and write-ups; and be able to present the information to stakeholders either personally or online.
• Strong written and verbal communications are critical.
• Experienced in the auto finance industry is a plus.
• Exposure to Business Process Analysis, Data Analysis, Finance, and Accounting, Excel and Macro Development, SAS or Other Reporting Tools, Data and Analytics, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, RPA (Automation Anywhere big plus), Software Development, Project Management
