JOB DESCRIPTION: Under minimal supervision, this job utilizes general knowledge of the project/business requirements to manage large projects for the organization."1) Implements an established project plan and monitors progress and performance against this plan.2) Monitors the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing.3) Identifies and resolves obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.4) Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.5) Coordinates the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.6) Supports the team by managing stakeholder expectations regarding target scope, schedule and budget.7) Advocates the scrum process and project progress by identifying impediments that hinder project progress.8) Facilitates daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and iteration meetings.9) Handles the development tracking system to include product and sprint backlogs.10) Examines the progress of the sprint and helps teams estimate iteration deliverables and increase velocity.11) Ensures scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the development team and stakeholders to maximize the performance of the team"
