We are looking for exceptionally skilled & creative Web Designers, who are able to work in a fast-paced environment churning out visually appealing & high-usability designs for dynamic web applications and websites.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering

- Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks

- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders

- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images and design systems

- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Creative Suite, Corel Draw and wire-framing tools

- Good Understanding in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, & Bootstrap and frameworks such as Wordpress

- Demonstrable graphic designer skills with creatively rich portfolio

- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user system interaction

- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

- Up to date with latest web trends, techniques and technologies

- Ability to work independently and with team

- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

- Should have excellent written communication skills (English)
