Seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Architect/Developer to join our IT Service Management Office.
The Sr ServiceNow Architect/Developer will be responsible for defining the current and future state architecture for the ServiceNow platform and Automation capabilities, ensure interoperability and scalability across the platform and core system configuration.
The candidate will assess, design, and implement the processes and configuration standards for the current and future ServiceNow capabilities.
The Sr. ServiceNow Architect/Developer will work as a member of the ServiceNow team in the EOTSS IT Service Management organization and will deliver core capabilities and expand features in support of the organization’s goals.
They will be able to adapt to client needs, without compromising established standards, and to continuously mature the enterprise ServiceNow roadmap and development of the platform as a business solution.
Additionally, the candidate must possess strong creative, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 8+ years of direct experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Developer, Admin, or application owner, configuring core ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog, Asset, and Configuration
ServiceNow certifications/experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, HR, CRM
Information Architecture – ServiceNow Common Services Data structures a big plus
ServiceNow custom application/portal experience
Ability to “think big” and challenge conventional wisdom regarding technology refresh and hype.
Ability to be flexible, adaptable and learn new concepts quickly.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities.
Demonstrated understanding of ITIL processes, operations, and procedures
Advanced Scripting/ Reporting and other classes area highly recommended
ITIL V3 Foundation Certification (Preferred, but not required)
Shows an excellent level of written and verbal communication skills, including presentations, and would be able to represent the Service Management organization in a customer facing (internal and external) situation in a professional manner.
