• 4 years’ experience as a hands-on Project Manager
• Experience managing a Contact Call Center Application Projects preferred
• Must have project management experience in Large Enterprise environment interfacing with multiple systems.
• Extensive agile and scrum PM experience with direct responsibility managing complex projects
• Experience driving quality software solutions on schedule and to specification
• Experience working with cross-functional leadership and system integration
• Understanding technical design at detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced and demanding environment with multiple priorities
• Must be able to brainstorm and communicate technology ideas and issues with peers
• Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and provide input in high level design discussions
• Manage execution of multiple concurrent projects of different size and complexity
• Ability to drive a project from concept to delivery.
• Experience executing  project plans and manage cross-functional project teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid experience of performance improvement techniques
• Good understanding of project management principles
