Minimum Qualifications:

10 years of professional work experience

Experience managing Information Technology related projects

Experience in tracking costs, schedule and performance progress

Able to coordinate between multiple projects and consolidate multiple project schedules, define goals, objectives, deliverables, and associated timelines

Experience with drafting status reports, defining and gathering requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific/technical discipline or an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

Must be well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies

Able to identify and mitigate risks

DoD and VA experience

Experience with Microsoft Project and Project Web Application

Experience building and managing an Agile development and deployment schedule

Experience working with schedule cross-project dependencies

Possession of excellent trouble shooting and client management skills

Experience running and analyzing DCMA Analysis results

Experience implementing Electronic Health Records
