Must-Have

1. Should have working knowledge in Service Now in Development for at least 3-4 years 
2. Experience in Catalog development in Service Portal 
3. Hands on experience in designing and develooing various intergrations with Service Now 
4. Knowledge of REST API and SOAP API 
5. More than 3 years of experience in Java scripting.
   Should have been involved in at least one project/application rollout and transition/support and platform upgrade 
6. Ability to perform configurations and customizations of Service-Now applications, e,g. Service Catalog, Incident, Facilities, Security, CMDB and Change  
7. Development and working experience on Service now plugins and Customizations

Good-to-Have 

1. Communicating with clients and gathering the requirements 
2. Coordinate with offshore team for the deliverables 
3. Managing UAT, Test, Training and Production instances for ServiceNow 
4. Implementing ServiceNow changes 
5. Process Governance and Reporting

7. Lead Service Catalog Development teams in a very Agile Customer environment
