JobDescription and Requirements:

 

8 or more years of experience developing andcustomizing applications using Salesforce CRM platform including at least 2years leading a Salesforce development team.

This role is responsible to ensure qualitycoding across all development efforts related to our Enterprise Salesforceimplementations.

In a TowerLead capacity, the Salesforce Sr. Developer will be the first escalation pointfor all tower activities including but not limited to Production escalation,representing tower in daily and weekly stand-up meetings, discuss projects andactivities for the tower.

As a Towerlead will adopt and oversee DevOps agile process for development and work withthe business and IT stakeholders for backlog review and prioritization.

Coordinatewith business services and provide guidance during technical review discussionswith the stakeholders and users.

Collaboratewith Cross Functional team for support of tower activities including but notlimited to establishing documentation standards, tower governance process etc.

SupportService Level Agreements (SLAs) with respect to response and resolution ofincidents and tickets.

Be on callafter hours to provide Prod outage support as needed.

Bachelor’sdegree in computer science, Information Systems

Excellentcommunication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online,

Salesforcecertification is a major plus.

Ability towork with cross functional teams for creating Enterprise class end to endintegrations for salesforce-based applications both on-premises, cloud andhybrid based.
