Collaborating with stakeholders for requirement elicitation, preparing functional specifications, determining operational feasibility through analysis, problem definition, requirement analysis, and proposing solutions
. Interacting with the client's Business and IT Teams to gather, define, clarify and refine requirements, guiding the architecture and design of applications
. SME level knowledge on Insurance domain. Good to have exposure in Agency and brokers segments
. Experience in preparing Requirement documents (BRD, SRS etc ), Use cases, user stories and product backlog
. Experience in Change Management, Gap analysis, impact analysis
. Sound knowledge on Visio, Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, and Excel)
. Negotiation and requirement planning skills
. Good interpersonal and communications skills(written/verbal)
. Interviewing skills to understand customer needs
. Facilitation skills.
. Should have 8-10 yrs of experience
. Work closely with Product Owner/Business SME team to understand requirements & needs
. Perform functional & impact analysis to identify business needs
. Identify & analyze data sources for supporting requirements identified
. Communicate requirements with minimal direction and guidance. Acts as liaison between the PO/Business SME and project team
. Participates in technical requirements and design sessions
. Design reports/dashboards visual aids
. Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process.
. Perform functional/acceptance testing
. Coordinate with business stakeholders for User Acceptance testing & training
. lead the team of 2 to 3 BAs & manage their activities
. Candidate to support work till 12:00pm Eastern Time. Shift allowance will be provided.
